1. Rental Requirements

The primary driver must present: a valid driver's license, a credit card in the holder's name, and be at least 23 years old (additional charges may apply for drivers aged 21-22).

2. Reservation and Payment

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit at the time of vehicle delivery.

3. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, a charge for the missing fuel plus a service fee will be applied.

4. Insurance and Coverage

All our rates include basic insurance against damage and theft. The customer is responsible for the deductible in case of an accident. Additional optional coverages are available.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: no charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours: one-night charge applies. No show: full reservation charge.
